Athletes will have access to a free shuttle service from Rifugio Auronzo to Misurina. In Misurina, athletes can collect their bicycles and ride down to Auronzo di Cadore along the paved road, which is entirely downhill.
Here are the details.
There are two gear bags for clothing/accessories:
– the blue bag contains everything you need for the T2 transition area, so put in whatever you need for the running leg.
– the red bag contains everything you need for the return from Tre Cime to Auronzo, so put in whatever you need for the bike descent (change of underwear, bib shorts and jersey, vest and/or jacket depending on the weather conditions).
1. Before the start, hand both bags to the Organising Committee, which will place them at your assigned position in T2 and at the finish.
2. Complete your race and leave the clothing and accessories used at the end of each leg in the T1 (Auronzo) and T2 (Misurina) transition areas, at your assigned spot.
3. After crossing the finish line, you will find a changing room with your red bag at Rifugio Auronzo, at Tre Cime (finish).
4. A free shuttle will take you from Tre Cime to Misurina.
5. In Misurina, you will collect your bicycle (helmet and cycling shoes) and ride down the fully paved downhill road (approximately 25 km) to return to Auronzo.
6. You will collect the equipment left in the T1 transition area, while both the blue and red bags will be available at Pala Tre Cime in Auronzo di Cadore (start).
