–Course: A fast and technical 500-meter loop to be completed twice, with an Australian exit between laps.
-Temperature and equipment: Swimming in a mountain lake in July is a refreshing experience. Although the race takes place in an alpine environment, during July the waters of Lake Santa Caterina generally reach temperatures that are not excessively cold.
