GT3 LAVAREDO – Gravel Cross Triathlon
This off road triathlon takes place on July 12, 2026. The start is in Auronzo di Cadore and the finish is at the Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
GT3 LAVAREDO Gravel Cross Triathlon is the only triathlon race that takes you to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. To reach these spectacular mountains, the race starts in Auronzo di Cadore. Here, in Lake Santa Caterina, there is the first leg, the swim. Also from Auronzo di Cadore, the cycling course starts (it is also a mountain bike triathlon, as well as with gravel).
By cycling, you reach Lake Misurina. Here the discipline changes and the running leg begins, which through the trails of the Dolomites leads up to the Tre Cime.
The start is at 10:30 a.m. The race starts in waves, following the F.I.TRI. ranking criteria, with intervals of 2 or 3 minutes.
Those who are registered with a F.I.TRI. club can take part.
Foreign athletes can participate by presenting the sports license of their country of origin.
Those who are not registered with a F.I.TRI. club can request a one-day license (€20) by presenting a medical certificate for competitive activity bearing the wording “Triathlon”, as established by the current F.I.TRI. Technical Regulations.
This race was created as a gravel bike triathlon but is also a mountain bike triathlon. Therefore, it is possible to participate with both gravel bikes and mountain bikes. Road bikes are also allowed, but the wheels must be fitted with tires (at least 32”). As per the F.I.TRI. technical regulations, the use of disc wheels and handlebar extensions is prohibited.
